Migration

1.	The polyester weaves use disperse dyes, which contact directly with perfect bridge agent, oil agent, etc, in composed leather and PVC rubberized fabric. Thus it created migration phenomenon.
2.	The polyester weaves had already adopted a prescription that resists migration. However, for some circumstances, for example: migration is easier occurred when deep-colored chain used on the light-colored fabric. So please notice us in advance in order to proceed a particular method to deal with it when you place your order.
3.	The light-colored clothes need to separate zipper and the lining by copy paper, in order to avoid tooth print by long time touching (based on temperature, humidity and pressure).

Discoloration

1.	When the metal zipper is used on woolen and leather products, some parts of zipper teeth may become dark because of metal oxygenation. It is because the industrial chemicals and cooked skin agent remained on the products in the process of manufacturing. Its chemical gas then releases in sealed circumstance and darken the zipper teeth.
2.	Zipper tooth may be darkened resulted from vulcanizing while using rubber band binding zippers; because the rubber band itself contains sulfides.
3.	Although the electro- plating slider had already had an antirust process beforehand, oxidization is essential for all metals. In order to lower the possibility of discoloration and surface damage, please wrap sliders with the copy papers.

Washing ways

1.	Before washing, the zipper and the slider must be zipped and fixed to prevent the zipper tooth from cutting and damaging, and also can prevent the cloth-tape from being lengthened and shortened.
2.	Strong cleaning detergent and bleaches will dissolve the paraffin wax of the zipper surface. So if the zipper does not smooth after washing, you may smear paraffin wax on zipper teeth and pull the slider two or three times from top to end.
3.	Spray-painting slider should be wrapped by cloth before washing so as not to lose the paint.

Iron skills

1.	Zipper must be zipped and the puller must be fixed in flat position and put a pad under it at the same time while ironing.
2.	Spray-painting slider cannot be ironed, so as not to lose the paint.

Slider stuck the fabric

1.	Sometimes the slider may clip the fabric when you zip the zipper, and thus the slider cannot move. If you pull strongly, it will even be locked tighter. So you should pull the fabric outside as much as possible and pull the slider back to original place. Additionally, please aware that you need to sewn the zipper tidily.
2.	While wearing or undressing, please open the zipper completely, it is better to buckle the buttons first and then zip the zipper. If the slider stops in the middle of the zipper, it is apt to cause the troubles.
