Brazil Chinese General Chamber of Commerce

Brazil Chinese General Chamber of Commerce is formally established under the proposition of Chinese Consulate General and enthusiastic support of more than ten Chinese societies on May 6th, 2004. The winner of World Reward for Outstanding Chinese, the President of Beauty Bond Group Limited, Dr Hua Min Shih is elected as the first chairman of Brazil Chinese General Chamber of Commerce.

The objectives and works of BCGCC are:

To offer trading and business information, legal consultancy and various kinds of convenience to compatriots who living abroad, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests;
To offer foreign trading policy to recommend, promote and assist to exploit Sino-Brazilian cooperation ; To promote Sino-Brazilian trading,
To assist to participate in various trade fairs and exchange visits between China and Brazil trading groups and providing intermediary services;
To coordinate, deal with the commercial disputes and promote mutual help and mutual development among the compatriots.
To promote all kinds of economic and trade activities, enhance the interaction and cooperation of Chinese entrepreneurs around the world
To encourage the exchanges and cooperation of the talent and technology; to publish the proceedings of conference and build the business network

The highest authority of BCGCC is board meeting, divided into six functional committees: the industry and commerce committee, financial affairs committee, general administration committee, communications committee, the welfare committee and culture and advertise committee. Members of BCGCC are divided into ordinary members and permanent members.

At present, Brazil Chinese General Chamber of Commerce has already become the biggest and the most influential public organizations in Chinese societies in Brazil, and now progressively establish extensive connections with associations from world numerous countries and regions, developed communications of industrial and commercial groups, enterprise organizations and businessman home and abroad, to achieve purity and sincere cooperation, and pursue mutual development.
